Stabilization treatment of cooling water


Its purpose is to prevent biogrowth, corrosion and scale formation in the cooling equipment during the cooling system operation.

Inhibitors are used for the prevention of scale and corrosion formation. They minimize these processes at low concentrations.

In order to create ideal chemical conditions for cooling systems, several inhibitors can be applied which will enhance the effectiveness of each other.

Chemicals for closed cooling systems:


 

«Epuramine» is a complex of chemical agents consisting of film-forming and neutralizing amines, dispersants and polyamines;

 

Protection of film-forming amines is based on adsorbed bed formation on the surface of metal which contacts with the amine;

 

Dispersants transform Fe2O3, magnesium and calcium salts into a solution;

 

Neutralizing amines bind free carbon dioxide and help to retain the required pH level;

 

Polyamines change crystal structure of calcium carbonate forming amorphous precipitation; easily removable by blowing;

 

«Aquatop» is a complex of chemicals on the basis of molybdates, corrosion inhibitors of nonferrous metals and copolymers.


 

Chemicals for open cooling systems:


 

«Aquatop» - is a complex of chemicals, a mixture of phosphonic acids, tercopolymers and corrosion inhibitors of non-ferrous metals;

 

«HydroChem» - a chemical complex based on salts of phosphonic acids;

 

Biocides - environmentally friendly chemicals based on hydrogen dioxide which are catalyzed by silver.

Organic demulsifying agents are used for:


 

Decomposition of waste cutting fluids with oil and aqueous phase separation;

 

Cleaning of oily wastes of the metallurgy, machine and chemical industries;

 

Cleaning of oily wastes at oil-extracting factories and meat-packing plants;

 

Waste water treatment with SAS and phosphates.

Cleaning of waste cutting fluids and oily wastes is carried out at ambient temperature and a pH level of 8.5 to 9.0.

In these conditions oil phase separation has maximum value and all heavy metals convert into hydroxide sedimentation. The formed oil has a neutral рН. It can be used for various tasks after dehydration on separator.

Neutral pH;

 

Oil content is lower than maximum concentration limit;

 

Contains no heavy metal impurities;

 

Contains no suspended solids.
