One of our most important advantages is our company’s large number of mobile and stationary service departments. Their most important tasks are warranty and after-sales service of supplied equipment.

Thanks to our highly skilled specialists and our own warehouse facilities, we provide companies working in water treatment with the necessary parts and components from a range of suppliers for a contractual post-sales service agreement.

"HydroTech Engineering" Co Ltd service department activities can be divided into the following groups:

Equipment commissioning:

	Equipment installation;
	Equipment start-up and adjustment operations;
	Individual and complex equipment testing.

Preventive maintenance for the purpose of maintaining equipment and facilities in satisfactory operating condition and correction of incipient failures:

	Checking of operating conditions and equipment maintenance;
	Checking of equipment and its systems operations;
	Checking of equipment parameters and making necessary adjustments;
	Equipment adjustment and cleaning;
	Replacement of parts, materials and components;
	Training of customers’ staff.

Unscheduled repair works to prevent equipment failure, including equipment repairs and replacement of damaged parts:

	Customers’ staff support and updates regarding prevention of equipment failures, available by phone, fax or e-mail;
	On-site inspection and repairs by our specialists;
	Equipment diagnostics and replacement of damaged parts.

Scheduled works are carried out in accordance with the maintenance and repairs plan, the contract of equipment modernization and reconstruction, as well as the equipment manufacturer’s rules and regulations.

They include:

	Scheduled maintenance after set lifetime and operational hours;
	Equipment modernization or reconstruction upon customers’ request;
	Equipment improvement according to the equipment manufacturer’s rules and regulations.

Equipment maintenance without in-house staff.

The executor’s specialists are always present at customer’s plant for stable and continuous equipment operation. This helps to assure excellent quality control in water purification.
